Cancellations & Returns Policy

Cancellations

Providing you cancel your booking within two weeks of the booked date, we will not charge you and will return your booking deposit in full.

Booking deposit required

50% of the total cost will be required as a security deposit. For example, if you went for a package priced at $500, we would need $250 security deposit which we would refund to you in full upon the return of all games, signs and pieces.

Returns

Whether you select the fuss free options of us dropping off and setting up for you or the self serve option of coming to collect and drop off the games yourself - we will check for damages and loses upon return. Any big damages or loses that have been sustained or major noticeable differences between the condition of items given to what was returned will be deducted from the holding deposit. If no damage or lose has occurred then the holding deposit will be returned in full.
